How does it work?

Place your order

Add products to your cart and complete your order. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with bank details.

Make your transfer

From your online banking, make a transfer stating your order reference in the payment reference field.

Receipt confirmation

Once your transfer is received (1-3 working days), you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be put into preparation.

Dispatch

Your order is prepared and dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment receipt. You will receive an email with the tracking number.

These details will be sent to you by email after your order is confirmed. Never make a transfer without having received your order confirmation.
