Delivery timescales and rates

Timescales are indicative from payment confirmation and may vary during busy periods.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing your parcel tracking number.

For any questions about tracking your order, contact us quoting your order reference:

Receiving your order

When receiving your parcel, we ask you to:

1. Check the external condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery person.
2. In case of visible damage, make precise and detailed reservations on the delivery note.
3. If possible, refuse the parcel if the damage is significant.
4. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Returns policy

You have 30 days from receipt to return a product. To initiate a return:

1. Contact us by email at contact@matenor.fr stating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for our agreement and return instructions.
3. Return the product in its original packaging, complete, unused and in perfect condition.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund is made within 14 calendar days by the same payment method used for the order.

Special cases — Bulky equipment

For bulky agricultural machinery, delivery is made on a pallet with a tail lift. The customer is responsible for arranging the necessary unloading equipment.

For quote-based orders, the 50% balance is paid before unloading at delivery.
