Orders & Payment

We accept SEPA bank transfer and credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard) via a secure SSL interface. For transfers, bank details are sent by email after order confirmation.

Add products to your cart and click "Order". You will be guided through 4 steps: contact details, summary, confirmation and payment instructions. You will receive a confirmation by email.

You can request a modification or cancellation while your order has the status "Awaiting payment". Contact us quickly quoting your order reference.

Go to the Order tracking page and enter your order reference (format CMD-XXXX-XXXXX) and your email.

Make your bank transfer stating the order reference in the payment reference field. Bank processing time is generally 1-3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt.

Delivery

After receiving your payment, we prepare your order in 1-3 working days. Delivery then takes 3-7 working days depending on your zone. Allow 4-10 working days in total.

Delivery to France is free from 300 € of purchase. Below this threshold, shipping costs apply depending on weight and destination.

We deliver to France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. For other destinations contact us for a delivery quote.

If the parcel is damaged, note reservations on the delivery note and refuse the parcel if damage is significant. Contact us within 48h with photographs.

Products

All our products have a manufacturer warranty depending on the product. Warranty conditions are specified on each product page.

Yes, we offer spare parts for most of our equipment. Use the catalogue search or contact us with your machine reference.

Stock levels are updated in real time. If a product shows "In stock", it is available for dispatch. In the event of unexpected shortage, we contact you immediately.

Customer account

Click on "My account" at the top of the page then "Create account". Enter your details and confirm. You will receive a welcome email. Account creation is free.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?". Enter your email and you will receive a reset link valid for 1 hour.

In your "My account" area, "My orders" tab, you will find a "Download invoice" button for each paid order. The invoice is in PDF format.

Go to the "Professional Area" page and click "Become a professional customer". Fill in the form with your company details. Our team processes requests within 24-48 working hours.

Returns & After-sales

You have 30 days from receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging. Contact us first for a return agreement.

Contact our after-sales team via the contact form selecting "After-sales / Complaint". State your order reference and describe the problem. Our technician will contact you within 24 working hours.

For a return due to a defect or our error, return costs are at our expense. For a return for personal convenience, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
