These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of agricultural machinery, cultivators, equipment and accessories offered by Matenor SARL, intended for individuals and professionals, in metropolitan France and other European countries.
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the site on the day of consultation.
Prices are shown in euros inclusive of VAT. Free delivery to France for orders over 300 € incl. VAT (otherwise 15 €). For deliveries to Europe, shipping costs from 15 €.
The order is firm and final once validated by the customer and payment received.
For certain equipment, a prior quote request is required. The quote is prepared free of charge within 24 working hours and is valid for 30 days.
Payment is made exclusively by SEPA bank transfer. Bank details are communicated by email after order confirmation.
For quote-based orders: deposit of 50% incl. VAT on validation, balance of 50% on delivery.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated during the order. Preparation time: 1-3 jours ouvrés.
Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery person and report any anomalies within 48 hours in writing.
In accordance with legal provisions, the private customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
This right does not apply to professional customers.

Any return must be requested within 30 days of receipt. The product must be returned complete, unused, in its original packaging.
Matenor SARL shall not be liable for damage resulting from misuse of products. Liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
All elements of the website are the exclusive property of Matenor SARL. Any reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
