Minimum legal guarantee applicable to all our products in accordance with European legislation (Directive 2019/771).
For customers residing in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Austria, Norway, Romania, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania or Czech Republic: the legal 2-year warranty (EU Directive 2019/771) also applies.
For Switzerland: legal guarantee under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO art. 197).
The warranty runs from the delivery date. Keep your invoice as proof of warranty.

Warranty exclusions

Normal wear (blades, belts, filters, spark plugs)
Damage caused by misuse or negligence
Modifications or repairs carried out by an unauthorised third party
Damage resulting from accident, impact or weather
Use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions
Consumable parts not supplied with the main product

How to claim warranty?

Our technician will contact you within 24 working hours to assess the situation.

Resolution
Depending on the case: sending spare parts, return for repair, replacement or refund. Return costs are at our expense for any proven defect.
